30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Noira Airflow. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. You are welcome to unpack and try your Noira to see whether it suits you, just as you would in a shop.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your return must meet the following conditions:
- The product is complete, with all attachments, accessories, and documentation
- The product is in its original packaging
- The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date
Please handle the product with care while you are deciding whether to keep it. If its value has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Noira voluntarily grants you an additional 16 days, giving you 30 days in total.

Request a return or cancellation
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, received the last item of your order. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns are free. We cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive return instructions together with your return confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@noirahairstyling.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products with missing attachments, accessories, or original packaging
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
